Key Responsibilities

Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers by understanding their automotive needs and providing personalized solutions.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professional product presentations, vehicle demonstrations, and test drives.
Guide customers through every step of the vehicle purchase process, including vehicle selection, trade-in evaluations, financing options, and delivery.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of new and pre-owned inventory, manufacturer programs, incentives, and the ability to source vehicles from dealer partners when required.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using the dealership CRM system.
Collaborate with the Sales Management, Finance, and Service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay informed on Nissan products, industry trends, competitor offerings, and dealership promotions.
Consistently achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall dealership goals.
Uphold Stratford Nissan's commitment to professionalism, integrity, and outstanding customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

Previous automotive sales experience is preferred; candidates with strong retail or customer-focused sales experience will also be considered.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Strong negotiation, closing, and customer service abilities.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed in a performance-based environment.
Comfortable using CRM software, digital communication tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule as required.
Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.
Valid OMVIC Registration, or the ability to obtain one prior to employment.
