You are an expert at recruiting, training, and coaching a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons' high standards of operation. Your high standards for operational excellence allow you to easily plan and execute methods of increasing sales and achieving targeted costs. You thrive in the fast paced atmosphere and love coming to work every day!
Your 3 -5 years of quick service experience in a management role combined with your practical knowledge of recruiting, training and coaching team members makes you an ideal candidate for this role.
We are seeking 3 dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager for two locations to lead daily operations, support team development, and ensure all company standards and operational goals are met.
Management Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant as directed by the Franchise Owner.

Must enjoy challenging themselves, their teams to exceed expectations.

Must be self-motivated and able to motivate their teams by setting targets and reaching goals.

Ensure the store is operating to all Tim Hortons standards, and creating the Perfect Guest Experience every time.

Constant hiring and training to develop new leaders and ensure team growth.
Core Duties:

Oversee and ensure the Perfect Guest Experience.

Recruiting, training, developing and retaining of new team members.

Support and implement Employment Standards, Food safety Standard and Inventory Controls.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of quick service restaurant Management experience is required

2 years of Tim Hortons experience is required

Secondary education is required

Post-secondary education is preferred

Driver's license and vehicle are required
