Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) Needed Across Manitoba

Full-Time, Part-Time, Casual & Contract Positions Available

About Augury Healthcare

Augury Healthcare is proud to be one of only a select few agencies awarded an ongoing provincial contract to provide Agency Nursing Services across Manitoba.

We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) located in Manitoba who are ready to take on rewarding assignments and make a meaningful impact across the province’s healthcare system.

Complete your onboarding today and receive a $50 onboarding completion bonus. Spaces are limited — priority will be given to nurses who complete the HR and credentialing process early.

Compensation

(Rates vary by region, experience, and assignment type)

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $38 – $42/hour

NEW: Mileage reimbursement at $0.56/km
NEW: Travel reimbursement available based on shifts worked (up to a maximum of 8 hours each way)
Scheduling Flexibility: No cap on weekly hours or number of shifts worked
Assignment Coverage: Work across all Manitoba health authorities with access to multiple site locations

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 2,000+ hours (~1 year) of recent nursing experience
Active BLS certification
Active CLPNM license
Experience working in Personal Care Homes, Long-Term Care, or supportive care environments
Ability to work in rural and remote healthcare environments within Manitoba

Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe, high-quality resident and patient care within assigned settings
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Support individualized care plans and chronic condition management
Respond promptly and appropriately to care needs and clinical situations
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility standards
