Full job description

We’re hiring an experienced Concrete Finisher / Former to join our crew in Hamilton and surrounding areas.

Reinforced Concrete is a family-owned company with steady residential, commercial, and industrial projects year-round.

What you’ll do:

Form, pour, and finish concrete
Set and strip formwork (footings, slabs, foundation walls)
Screeding, troweling, and finishing (broom, smooth, stamped, exposed aggregate)
Assist with site prep and general labour
Operate equipment (skid steer / excavator – asset)

Requirements:

5+ years concrete experience
Strong finishing + forming skills
Valid G licence
Reliable and able to handle physical work

Pay & Perks:

$30–$45/hr (based on experience)
Full-time, year-round work
Overtime available
Tools provided
Consistent projects (no shortage of work)

Location:Hamilton + surrounding areas (must be able to commute)
