New Location opening in Spruce Grove by new baseball complex

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Team Member to join our overnight shift. This role is vital to ensuring smooth operations during late-night hours, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, strong time management skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous restaurant experience, familiarity with POS systems, and food handling knowledge are highly valued.

Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and recipes
Operate POS systems for order processing and cash handling
Provide friendly and efficient customer service to guests during overnight hours
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations
Handle cash transactions accurately and manage cashier duties with professionalism
Assist in upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
Support team members in maintaining a clean, organized workspace
Manage time effectively to ensure all duties are completed promptly during shift

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred
Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, and safety standards
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during overnight hours
Kitchen experience or food industry background is desirable
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
Flexibility to work overnight shifts and adapt to changing priorities
