Casa 1881 is a modern Italian restaurant located inside The Windsor Hotel in the heart of Stratford. Inspired by the timeless hospitality of Italy, we serve authentic Italian cuisine, an exceptional all-Italian wine list, handcrafted cocktails, and warm, genuine service.

We're looking for a friendly, polished, and hospitality-driven Host / Server to join our growing team. This is a dynamic role where you'll welcome guests, provide attentive table service, assist with food running, and help maintain a beautifully presented dining room.

What You'll Do

Welcome and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
Manage reservations and waitlists using OpenTable
Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
Provide attentive, professional table service
Run food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately
Reset and prepare tables to Casa 1881 standards
Maintain a clean, organized dining room throughout service
Guide guests through our menu and recommend food, wine, and cocktails
Assist with opening, closing, and daily side work
Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to deliver seamless service

What We're Looking For

Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Smart Serve Certification (required)
Evening, weekend, and holiday availability
Knowledge of Italian food and wine is an asset but not required—we're happy to train the right candidate
