As a Microsoft Solutions Partner with multiple Advanced Specializations, we're building the next generation of cloud delivery through automation, Infrastructure as Code, AI, and standardized deployment practices.
We're looking for an Intermediate Azure Cloud Engineer who enjoys building technology, solving problems, and working across a wide variety of customer environments.
This is a hands-on deployment and delivery role—not an architecture or consulting position.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll work with our Service Delivery and Managed Services teams to deploy and support Microsoft Azure environments for customers across healthcare, government, financial services, manufacturing, retail, and professional services.
Your responsibilities will include:
Azure Infrastructure Deployment
- Deploy Azure Landing Zones aligned with Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Well-Architected Framework
- Deploy Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments
- Deploy Azure App Services and supporting Azure services
- Build Azure Virtual Machines (Windows and Linux)
- Configure storage, backup, monitoring, and recovery services
- Deploy networking components including:
- Virtual Networks
- VPN Gateways
- Azure Firewall
- Application Gateway
- Network Security Groups
- Private Endpoints
- Load Balancers
Infrastructure as Code & Automation
- Deploy infrastructure using Bicep and ARM Templates
- Work with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) standards
- Follow standardized deployment playbooks
- Contribute to improving AirGate's deployment automation and reusable templates
Managed Azure Operations
- Provision, resize, and decommission Azure resources
- Perform patch management and platform maintenance
- Configure backup and recovery services
- Implement standard networking and firewall changes
- Troubleshoot Azure infrastructure and production environments
- Monitor platform health and performance
Security & Governance
- Implement Azure Policy and governance controls
- Configure Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Deploy Microsoft Defender for Cloud
- Apply Zero Trust security principles
- Ensure deployments align with security and governance standards
What We're Looking For
- Required Experience
- 3–5 years of Azure infrastructure experience
- Strong Azure networking knowledge
- Windows Server administration experience
- Linux administration experience
- Experience with ARM Templates and/or Bicep
- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Azure, networking, identity, Windows, and Linux
- Experience with Azure Backup, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Azure Policy
Optimal Skills:
- Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
- Azure App Services
- Microsoft Defender for Cloud
- Microsoft Entra ID
- PowerShell automation
- Azure DevOps or GitHub
- Terraform (optional)
- Kubernetes or Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) (optional)
- Microsoft Fabric or Azure AI experience (optional)
- Experience deploying Azure IaaS and PaaS services
- Strong Azure networking knowledge
- Windows Server administration experience
- Linux administration experience
- Experience with ARM Templates and/or Bicep
- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
