Penticton Toyota is an award-winning dealership located in the beautiful South Okanagan Valley. As the #1 import dealership in the South Okanagan, we continue to grow and are looking to add an experienced Financial Services Manager (F&I Manager) to our team.

Following the complete rebuild of our dealership facility, we now operate in a modern, state-of-the-art environment designed for high performance and exceptional customer experiences. With strong leadership, high vehicle demand, and a supportive culture, this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to advance their career in automotive finance.

The Role

The Financial Services Manager plays a key role in the sales process by securing financing for new and pre-owned vehicle purchases and guiding customers through the final steps of vehicle ownership.

You will present and recommend finance, warranty, insurance, and protection products while ensuring all transactions are completed efficiently, professionally, and in full compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

Secure financing and finalize the sale of new and pre-owned vehicles
Present and sell warranty, insurance, and vehicle protection products
Achieve product penetration and revenue targets established by management
Work closely with Product Advisors and Sales Managers to ensure a smooth vehicle delivery process
Maintain the highest level of customer service to support strong customer satisfaction scores
Ensure 100% compliance with dealership policies, privacy regulations, and lender documentation requirements
Complete funding and documentation accurately and efficiently

Ideal Candidate

Previous Automotive Financial Services / F&I experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Organized and detail-oriented with strong compliance awareness
Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and management
