Job Posting: Assistant Accounting Manager

Salary: $48,000 - $60,000

Potential compensation in 5 years: $65,000 - $85,000

What You’ll Do to Excel

Assist with various day-to-day finance and accounting functions.
Ensure accurate data entry, timely updates, and maintenance of financial databases as needed.
Proficient in QuickBooks Online, accounting software, CRM systems, and industry platforms.
Verify accounts by reconciling statements and transactions.
Generate and retrieve commission statements and reports to support team members.
Maintain organized filing and record-keeping systems for all financial transactions.
Establish and nurture strong, lasting relationships with advisors and partners.
