Full job description

We are seeking outstanding, enthusiastic, and experienced ECE & IT Teachers with over 3 years of experience who are passionate about working with young children in our Infant/Toddler and Preschool classrooms. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong understanding of early childhood learning theories, effective teaching strategies, and best practices in classroom management and guidance.

Successful applicants will bring creativity, energy, and warmth to their classrooms while fostering children’s growth and development. We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication and organizational skills, a nurturing and resourceful approach, and a positive, independent mindset.

Location & Hours

CEFA South Surrey Panorama
All centers operate from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Work schedules will vary within these hours, with advance notice provided.

Wage

$22–$25 per hour, based on education and experience
An additional $6 per hour for qualified educators, in accordance with BC Wage Enhancement Regulations

Experience & Skills

Minimum of 3* years of relevant Canadian experience*
Leadership experience is preferred but not mandatory
CEFA experience preferred but not mandatory
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Strong interpersonal skills with excellent oral and written English communication

Job Requirements

Valid BC & IT / SN Certificate
Cleared Criminal Record Check
Valid First Aid Certificate
Valid Food Safe Certificate, or willingness to obtain one prior to the start date
19 years of age or older

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
