Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide professional massage therapy services to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. This role offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment dedicated to health and customer satisfaction.

Duties

Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and other modalities.
Conduct client assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans.
Maintain detailed and accurate client records in compliance with health regulations.
Educate clients on self-care techniques and post-treatment recommendations.
Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients.
Follow all health and safety protocols, including proper sanitation procedures.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and client experience.

Skills

Proficiency in medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client care.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Strong communication skills for explaining treatment plans and addressing client concerns effectively.
Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Certification as a Registered Massage Therapist from an accredited program is required.
Nice-to-have skills include knowledge of additional wellness modalities or holistic health practices. This position is ideal for dedicated professionals passionate about promoting health and wellness through expert massage therapy services in a friendly, client-focused setting.

Pay: $55.00-$70.00 per hour
