Team Lead- Inside Sales Team (Parts Division)

A growing local parts organization is seeking an experienced and driven Team Lead to lead a small team of inside sales representatives focused on parts sales and inventory management. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about coaching teams to exceed performance targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
Monitor daily sales activity, performance metrics, key accounts and inventory management
Provide ongoing training, feedback, and development to enhance team effectiveness
Support team members with complex customer inquiries, quotations, and order management
Collaborate with other departments (operations, purchasing, and customer service) to ensure seamless order fulfillment
Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and drive revenue growth
Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and service excellence

Qualifications:

Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within parts, distribution, or a related industry
Inventory management experience
Previous supervisory or team lead experience is required
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets and continuous improvement
Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement effective action plans
Proficient in CRM, ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications is beneficial

What’s Offered:

This is a regular, full-time position with a starting salary of $65,000 – 75,000 per annum based on the successful candidate’s experience related to this role.
