Discovery Silver Corp. has an exciting opportunity for a Equipment Operator.

The Position:
Reporting to the Site Services Supervisor, the primary duties of this job include but are not limited to:

Operating mobile equipment such as loaders, sanders, tandem dump trucks, bulldozers, graders, flatbed trucks, slurry lime trucks, water trucks and other equipment as required;
Must communicate effectively with plant personnel, Control room(s), railway and other co-workers to ensure the movement of materials occurs safely and efficiently;
Must ensure that all equipment is used in a safe and efficient manner, following Standard Operating Procedures and safety requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

Be able to work shift work rotations to meet the company business requirements and demands.
Possess a valid Ontario's driver's license.
DZ License and/or Heavy Equipment operation experience
Must be physically fit to be able to handle heavy work, climb stairs, equipment ladders and work outside in all seasons.
Complete or have recently completed CAAT and DAT testing in a satisfactory manner and pass a pre-employment medical. Complete or have recently completed CAAT and DAT testing in a satisfactory manner.
