Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Framer/Carpenter to join our construction team. This role involves constructing, installing, and repairing structures primarily using wood and other materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, blueprint reading, and construction techniques, with the ability to operate various hand and power tools. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, including residential and new build construction.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute projects
Frame walls, floors, roofs, and other structural components using hand tools and power tools
Operate heavy equipment safely for material handling and site preparation
Engage in heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely throughout the workday
Maintain a clean and organized worksite to promote safety and efficiency

Experience

Proven experience in framing, carpentry, or related construction roles
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with confidence
Skilled in the use of hand tools such as hammers, chisels, as well as power tools including drills and saws
Experience operating heavy equipment is a plus but not mandatory
Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or working at heights

Looking for someone that will be able to manage building along side a great team and also work efficiently themselves. Some equipment experience is a plus but not mandatory. Eager worker that love seeing a project come together proper and efficiently.

This position is ideal for individuals passionate about construction craftsmanship who are committed to safety, quality work, and continuous learning within the industry.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
