Job Summary
We are seeking 2 dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor's to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our clients hotel and facilities. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in hospitality and hotel operations, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness. This role requires effective leadership skills to manage a team of housekeeping staff while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures tailored to the needs of the facility.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
Address guest inquiries or concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
Maintain records of housekeeping activities, including staff performance, inventory usage, and maintenance requests.

Requirements

3 years proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or hotel industry is preferred.
3 years Hotel Housekeeping experience a must
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and industrial cleaning standards.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to maintain high cleanliness standards.
Ability to lead a team effectively while promoting a positive work environment.
Strong communication skills for interacting with staff and guests professionally.
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays.
Previous custodial experience is a plus.

These positions are full time, you must be legally able to work 40 hours on your SIN.
