We are currently expanding our network and looking for detail-oriented, reliable cleaning professionals who value flexibility, independence, and taking pride in their work.

The Opportunity

As an Independent Cleaner with CleanPapi, you are in control of your time. We offer highly flexible scheduling where you can accept work based entirely on the availability you provide to us. Whether you are looking for supplemental income or want to build a fuller schedule, we provide the platform to connect you with residential clients across the city.

Compensation Details

Competitive Wage: $23.00 to $28.00 per hour.
Performance & Asset Scaling: Your specific starting rate within this tier is determined by three main factors: your level of professional cleaning experience, your ability to provide your own cleaning tools/supplies, and your access to a personal car.
Shift Minimums: To ensure your time is respected and worthwhile, every shift you take on is guaranteed to be a minimum of 3 hours.

Key Responsibilities

Execute high-quality standard residential cleaning services (including thorough dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing of kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces).
Travel reliably to client homes across the Toronto area.
Communicate your availability clearly and manage your flexible schedule effectively.
Maintain a professional, courteous demeanor and uphold CleanPapi’s standard of excellence with every home you visit.

What We Are Looking For

Prior hands-on experience in residential cleaning.
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong, self-motivated work ethic.
Ability to commit to and fulfill minimum 3-hour shifts during your declared availability window.
Strong Assets (Qualifies for higher wage placement): A reliable personal vehicle for navigating to client locations, and possession of your own professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
