Who we’re looking for:

A passionate individual to fill our full-time Personal Trainer position for our Strength-N-U Mississauga location.

Our team of Trainers, Nutritionists, and Therapists work hand in hand to optimize the performance of our clients.

At Strength-N-U, we offer the highest quality one-on-one personal training experience. We provide effective and innovative solutions that are personalized to help our clients achieve their goals.

We stress the importance of goal setting, proper exercise form and technique, individualized programming, and a personalized nutritional regimen to help clients achieve what they're looking for. Furthermore, we work collaboratively with the staff and clientele of Strength-N-U Therapy, providing an unparalleled means to achieving a clients' health and fitness goals.

What You’ll Do:

Educate clients on proper exercise form and technique
Guide clients towards their fitness goals
Assess level of client fitness, and create an individualized program and periodized plan
Execute exercise program
Assess client eating habits and recommend a personalized nutritional plan from our Nutritionist
Provide clients with proper warm up, cool down, and look out for client safety at all times
Document client’s workouts and progress on Trainerize
Evaluate/Assessment of clients to locate any aches, pain sites, injuries or tense areas of the body. Refer client to seek Therapy for Rehab or Prehab
Provide content and/or appear on screen in social media marketing campaigns
Education Seminars and Events.
Work closely with reception staff to ensure that booking and billing of clients is completed efficiently and accurately.

As a Personal Trainer, you must have:

5 Years In-person working experience
Current and Up to Date Certification & CPR/First Aid
Excellent management and organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
Strong skills in critical thinking, decision making and analysis
Proficient computing skills and the use of: Email, Microsoft Word, Excel
Proficient use of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
Communicate effectively and professionally with patients and staff

Required: Mornings: 6am-12pm, Evenings: 4pm-8pm, Saturday morning Availability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour
