About the Opportunity-
Lead the design and development of scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform Center of Excellence best practices.
- Support agentic development initiatives, including CoPilot integration.
- Establish and promote best practices across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop custom applications and integrations leveraging Microsoft Graph, Azure Functions, and modern frameworks.
- Implement governance, security, and lifecycle management for Power Platform assets.
- Drive adoption and enablement of Microsoft 365 tools through training, documentation, and support.
- Monitor and optimize performance, reliability, and security of Microsoft 365 services.
- Stay current with Microsoft roadmap updates and proactively recommend improvements.
About You
- 5+ years of hands?on experience with Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Proven expertise in Power Apps (Canvas and Model?Driven), Power Automate, and Power Platform CoE.
- Strong experience with Exchange Online administration and migration.
- Deep knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, site design, and content management.
- Familiarity with OneDrive for Business deployment and support.
- Proficiency in application development using Microsoft Graph API, Azure Logic Apps, and related technologies.
- Excellent problem?solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications-
Microsoft certifications such as PL?600, MS?203, or MS?700.
- Experience with Azure AD, Intune, and Endpoint Manager.
- Background in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Experience with governance and compliance in Microsoft 365 environments.
Pay Range
$87.58 - $97.58/hr
