Your Mission

Key Responsibilities:
Client Experience & Front Desk
- Welcome every client with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
- Deliver a luxury client experience from booking to checkout.
- Answer phone calls, emails, text messages, and social media inquiries promptly.
- Schedule, manage, and optimize appointments using our booking software.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Handle payments, memberships, gift cards, and retail transactions.
- Resolve client concerns professionally and ensure complete satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate client records while respecting confidentiality.
Sales & Client Consultation
- Educate clients about salon, spa, and medical aesthetic services.
- Recommend personalized treatments, memberships, packages, and retail products.
- Convert inquiries into booked consultations and appointments.
- Upsell and cross-sell services, packages & Treatments based on client needs.
- Follow up with new leads, consultations, and inactive clients.
- Encourage repeat bookings and long-term client relationships.
- Help achieve monthly sales and client retention goals.
Client Relationship & Retention
- Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer care.
- Follow up after appointments to ensure satisfaction.
- Encourage referrals and loyalty program participation.
- Request Google and social media reviews.
- Identify opportunities to delight clients and exceed expectations.
Marketing & Community Engagement
- Promote seasonal offers, events, memberships, and promotions.
- Capture client testimonials and before-and-after photos/videos (with consent).
- Assist with social media engagement and community outreach.
- Represent the business at networking events and local community initiatives.
- Help increase brand awareness through referrals and relationship marketing.
Affiliate Sales & Business Development
We're looking for someone who enjoys networking and creating new business opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
- Build relationships with local businesses, fitness centres, bridal professionals, real estate agents, photographers, influencers, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.
- Promote services through your professional and personal network.
- Participate in referral and affiliate marketing initiatives.
- Develop strategic partnerships that increase brand awareness and revenue.
- Generate new leads and convert them into loyal clients through networking, partnerships, referrals, and community engagement.
- Support marketing campaigns, events, and outreach activities to increase client acquisition and engagement.
- Contribute directly to revenue growth by achieving monthly targets for new clients, sales, partnerships, and referrals.

Job Overview
We are seeking a licensed and experienced Hairstylist / Scalp Therapist with expertise in modern hair services and scalp therapy, along with a strong interest in client experience, retail sales, and business growth.
The ideal candidate is not only skilled in delivering high-quality hair services but is also motivated to support front desk operations and actively contribute to the salon’s revenue growth through service upgrades, retail recommendations, and client relationship building.
This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a client-focused environment and wants to grow both their income and career within a dynamic med spa and salon setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Hair Services
- Provide professional haircuts, styling, coloring, and chemical treatments based on client needs and preferences
- Deliver customized hair solutions based on hair type, texture, and condition
- Recommend appropriate styles, treatments, and service upgrades during consultations
Scalp Therapy & Treatments
- Assess scalp conditions such as dryness, dandruff, oil imbalance, sensitivity, or buildup
- Perform therapeutic scalp treatments including exfoliation, detoxification, hydration therapies, and stimulation massages
- Use professional tools and devices such as steamers, scalp brushes, and high-frequency equipment
- Educate clients on proper scalp care routines and recommended home-care products
Client Consultation & Experience
- Conduct detailed consultations to understand client goals and expectations
- Clearly communicate treatment plans, results, and aftercare instructions
- Ensure a high standard of hygiene, comfort, and premium client experience throughout each visit
Front Desk & Reception Support
- Welcome and assist clients with a professional and friendly approach
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling using salon systems
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and POS transactions when required
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries in a professional manner
- Maintain front desk organization, cleanliness, and retail presentation
- Assist in resolving basic client concerns or escalate when necessary
Sales & Business Development
- Actively promote salon services, treatments, packages, and seasonal offers to increase bookings
- Upsell and cross-sell services such as scalp therapy, conditioning treatments, grooming, and add-ons
- Recommend retail products based on individual client needs and hair concerns
- Encourage rebooking and support client retention initiatives
- Build strong client relationships to increase referrals and repeat visits
- Support management in identifying opportunities for service improvement and business growth
- Participate in promotions, events, and content creation when required
- Track and achieve personal service and retail sales targets
- Contribute ideas to improve client engagement and overall business performance
Sanitation & Safety Standards
- Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols

- Comfortable using appointment scheduling and POS systems; training will be provided
