ABOUT THE JOB

RESPONSIBILITIES

Includes but is not limited to:

Engage and work with children and adults
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with healthcare professionals to identify the best course of action in treatment and therapy for the individuals.
Send out periodic updates and reviews
Development, coordination, and implementation of plans and strategies to promote and expand outreach for our charity
Coordinate other projects or projects initiated by the organization.
Plan, develop and establish policies and objectives of the organization.
Manage and monitor event budgets

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work/ Psychology / Medicine/ Mental Health
3+ years of experience working in a Canadian charitable foundation, in fundraising, donor, or partner engagement.
Empathy and passion for working and encouraging change in society
The capacity to lead, motivate and effectively communicate
Strong problem-solving skills
