Pay Range: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour + tips + performance bonuses
Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time

We're not looking for someone to fill a shift. We're looking for a Cleaning Specialist who shows up on time, delivers exceptional results, and wants to be part of a team that's the best at what it does.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver premium residential deep cleaning, regular cleaning, move in and move-out cleaning, and post-renovation cleaning to our high-end GTA clientele
Maintain Now It's Clean's quality standard on every single job; no exceptions
Communicate professionally with clients on site
Use company-provided tools and supplies correctly and efficiently
Complete jobs on schedule and report any issues to the team promptly

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 1 to 2 years of professional residential or commercial cleaning experience; this is non-negotiable
Valid Ontario driver's licence and reliable personal vehicle preferred (GTA-wide travel is required)
Fluent English; you will be working in clients' homes and communicating with our team daily
Monday to Friday availability - day shifts between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM (Flexible)
Physically capable of a labor intensive role - kneeling, scrubbing, lifting supplies, long hours on your feet
Punctual, reliable, and professional; if you have a history of no-shows, this is not the role for you

WHAT YOU EARN

$22 to $25 per hour depending on experience and vehicle access
100% of tips go directly to you
Performance bonuses and monthly incentives
Gas reimbursement of up to $15 per day based on job location
All professional tools and supplies provided (you bring nothing except your indoor shoes)

With a vehicle: Starting at $22/hr with a path to $25/hr based on performance.

Without a vehicle: Starting at $18/hr with a path to $20/hr based on performance. Transit accessible jobs in Toronto and North York.
