The Graphic Designer will bring SafetyCoLabs’ learning experiences to life through engaging, purposeful visual design. Working closely with the Instructional Design, UX/UI, curriculum, and technology teams, this role will create visual assets for the development of SafetyCoLabs’ new Learning Management System (LMS). You’ll translate curriculum, instructional plans, and learning objectives into clear, engaging, and accessible visual experiences that support how people learn.
This isn’t a role for someone looking to simply clock in and clock out. We’re looking for people who take ownership, think independently, and have the confidence to make decisions, solve problems, and move things forward without waiting to be told what to do. If you’re energized by building something from the ground up, thrive in an ambitious environment, and want the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.
Why This Role Exists
This role exists to transform curriculum and instructional concepts into visual learning experiences that are engaging, accessible, and easy to understand.
