Client Engagement & Solution Leadership: Partner with business and IT to understand goals, model processes, and design end-to-end Microsoft 365 solutions (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Viva) integrated with Copilot and Power Platform. Translate strategy into pragmatic roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

Technical Solution Architecture: Lead architecture and design across information architecture, site templates, metadata/content types, Microsoft Search, and integration patterns (Graph, SPFx, Power Platform). Define Copilot landing zones (governance, data access, safety rails) and patterns for extensibility via Copilot Studio.

Security, Compliance & Governance: Implement Microsoft Purview (Sensitivity Labels, DLP, Records/Retention, eDiscovery) and Entra ID access models (groups, B2B/guest, lifecycle). Establish guardrails for Copilot (permissions hygiene, exclusions/inclusions, data boundaries, safe prompts/responses) and operationalize governance.

Migration & Modernization: Lead modernization from legacy repositories to SharePoint Online/Teams; shape content cleanup, metadata enrichment, site lifecycle/provisioning, and change adoption.

Delivery Management: Guide multidisciplinary delivery teams through discovery, design, build, testing, and rollout (Agile or hybrid). Own solution quality, non-functionals (performance, resiliency, supportability), and transition to operations.

Innovation & Practice Growth: Build reusable accelerators (site templates, provisioning frameworks, Copilot readiness kits, adoption playbooks), evaluate ISVs/partners, and contribute thought leadership.

Stakeholder Communication: Communicate clearly with executives and technical teams; run design reviews, risk/decision logs, and steerco updates.

Pre-Sales & Offerings Development: Shape solutions, estimates, and SOWs; lead demos/POCs; evolve market-relevant offerings for Copilot and Microsoft 365.
Our Microsoft 365 & Copilot team blends deep platform expertise with information governance, security, and change leadership. We help clients unlock productivity and knowledge with Copilot while strengthening compliance and trust - delivering scalable, supportable solutions that stick.
You are someone with:

Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field; graduate degree an asset.

Experience: 6+ years designing and delivering enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions, including 2+ years in a lead/architect role guiding technical teams. Prior consulting or complex enterprise experience strongly valued.

Technical Expertise (most of the following):

Microsoft 365: SharePoint Online (IA, site templates, content types/metadata, search), Teams (governance, app integration), OneDrive, Viva (Connections, Engage, Learning, Goals).

Copilot for Microsoft 365: Readiness assessments, data/permissions hygiene, governance & safety rails, rollout/adoption patterns; Copilot Studio for extensions (actions, connectors, data grounding), and integration via Microsoft Graph.

Security & Compliance: Microsoft Purview (Sensitivity Labels, DLP, Records/Retention, eDiscovery/Advanced eDiscovery), Entra ID (group/role design, B2B), external sharing controls, tenant standardization.

Integration & Dev: Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse), SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Graph API, PnP/CLI for Microsoft 365, PowerShell automation, CI/CD patterns for M365 configuration.

Migration & Operations: Content migration planning and execution (e.g., from file shares/legacy ECM), provisioning frameworks, site lifecycle, monitoring/telemetry, and support models.

Consulting & Delivery Skills: Leading workshops, translating requirements into architectures, managing risk/trade-offs, mentoring engineers/analysts, and driving adoption/change outcomes.

Communication & Leadership: Executive-ready storytelling, clear design documentation, and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Certifications (preferred): Microsoft 365 Administrator, Security/Compliance, Power Platform, and relevant Azure certifications are considered assets.
Nice to have
- Experience with knowledge management and enterprise search tuning (Microsoft Search, KQL/Graph signals).
- Exposure to Records Management programs and regulated environments (public sector, energy, financial services).
- Familiarity with adoption/change (training, champions networks) and with ITSM/DevOps integration.
- Awareness of data platforms that often intersect with Copilot scenarios (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Synapse) and enterprise connectors.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $175,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
