Key responsibilities (text) • Secure the customer experience assignment, strategy implementation and responsibility for its performance.

Lead the customer team and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure a rewarding customer experience.
Analyse and ensure performance standards of the team are met and corrective actions are implemented to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Lead the process of onboarding, training and development of the competence of co-workers.
Ensure meeting of customer expectation with maximum impact by ensuring continuous follow up of experiences.

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 58960 CAD to 81070 CAD and will be based on relevant work experience.
