UC Auto Ltd. has an immediate opening for a full-time Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing Department and support the company’s digital marketing and brand development efforts.

About This Role

This is an entry-level marketing position focused on digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and online customer engagement.

You will work closely with the Marketing Team to support day-to-day marketing activities, maintain the company’s online presence, and assist with various marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who are creative, organized, and interested in developing a career in marketing.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Assist with the creation and publication of content across social media platforms
Maintain and update online vehicle listings and marketing materials
Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Monitor and respond to online inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Assist with content creation, including photos, videos, graphics, and written materials
Help maintain the company’s online presence and brand image
Coordinate with team members to ensure marketing projects are completed efficiently
Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and related projects
Assist with customer engagement through digital communication channels
Support other marketing-related duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications

Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable using social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
Creative mindset with an interest in marketing and content creation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous marketing, social media, customer service, or administrative experience is an asset
Basic photography, video editing, or graphic design skills are an asset
Ability to speak additional languages is an asset
Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License is an asset
