Job Overview
Sushi Mura River District is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our vibrant team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment to support our culinary staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Experience in restaurant or kitchen settings is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. This position offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities

Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and kitchen areas according to health and safety standards
Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, supporting the culinary team
Ensure proper handling and storage of food items in compliance with safety protocols
Support the overall cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours

Qualifications

Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel environments is preferred but not required
Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation is advantageous
Previous experience with food service or hospitality roles is a plus but not mandatory
