We are seeking new team members for our steel and aluminum fabrication division. We offer competitive wages, benefits, and a positive work environment. Our shop operates on a 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts.

Compensation
- $36-$41 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
What You’ll Do:
- Weld structural steel and aluminum
- Cut, fit, assemble and weld components from detailed fabrication drawings
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints
- Assemble components and perform layout work based on verbal and written instructions
- Ensure work meets industry and company quality standards
- Operate fabrication tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines
- Follow all safety standards
What You Bring:
- Red Seal certification in either welding or fabrication (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with aluminum and steel welding
- TIG welding experience considered an asset
- CWB certifications are considered an asset
- Forklift and First-Aid tickets considered an asset
- Blueprint reading and layout skills
- A valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Team oriented attitude with a safety first mindset
- A proactive approach to problem solving and quality craftsmanship
