Réceptionniste bilingue – Poste à temps plein temporaire, Il s’agit d’un poste à temps plein en remplacement d’un congé de maladie pour une durée prévue de 5 à 6 mois.

Le poste est d’environ 40 heures par semaine, du lundi au vendredi, avec la possibilité de travailler occasionnellement le samedi, de 8 h à 16 h, au besoin.

GMF Hudson Medicentre est une clinique de médecine familiale.

Notre équipe multidisciplinaire comprend des médecins, des infirmières praticiennes, des infirmières auxiliaires, une pharmacienne, des assistants médicaux et des assistants administratifs.

Le poste : Réceptionniste

Nous sommes à la recherche d’une personne :

Patiente et entièrement bilingue, en français et en anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit;
Engagée à offrir un excellent service à nos patients et à soutenir les membres de notre équipe;
Chaleureuse, aimable, mature et professionnelle, avec une attitude positive;
Capable de travailler efficacement dans un environnement dynamique et à rythme rapide;
Flexible et adaptable, avec la capacité d’ajuster son approche en fonction des demandes et des situations changeantes;
À l’aise de travailler avec des personnes et des personnalités diverses;
Possédant de solides aptitudes en communication, tant en personne qu’au téléphone;
Capable d’écouter attentivement et de s’exprimer de façon claire, professionnelle et articulée;
Soucieuse des détails et capable d’effectuer les tâches avec précision;
Organisée, avec de bonnes capacités à établir les priorités et à gérer efficacement son temps;
Une expérience en GMF et/ou en clinique médicale constitue un atout.

Bilingual Receptionist – Full-Time Temporary Position

This is a full-time temporary position to replace an employee on sick leave for an anticipated period of 5–6 months.

The position is approximately 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of occasional Saturday shifts from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., as needed.

Who We Are:

GMF Hudson Medicentre is a family medicine clinic.

Our multidisciplinary team includes physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, a pharmacist, medical assistants, and administrative assistants.

The Position: Receptionist

We are looking for someone who is:

Patient and fully bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written;
Committed to providing excellent service to our patients and supporting our team members;
Friendly, kind, mature, and professional, with a positive attitude;
Comfortable working effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to adjust their approach to changing demands and situations;
Comfortable interacting with people with diverse needs and personalities;
Possesses strong communication skills, both in person and over the telephone;
Able to listen effectively and communicate in a clear, professional, and articulate manner;
Detail-oriented, with the ability to complete tasks accurately;
Highly organized, with strong prioritization and time-management skills;
Previous experience in a GMF and/or medical clinic is considered an asset.
