Full job description

Nous sommes une entreprise saisonnière spécialisée dans les piscines à la recherche d'un(e) agent(e) au service à la clientèle fiable, organisé(e) et dynamique pour se joindre à notre équipe. Il s'agit d'un poste saisonnier à temps plein (40 heures par semaine) qui joue un rôle essentiel dans le service à la clientèle et le bon fonctionnement des opérations quotidiennes de notre bureau pendant notre période la plus occupée.

Responsabilités

Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et offrir un excellent service à la clientèle.
Répondre aux courriels des clients de façon professionnelle et dans des délais raisonnables.
Effectuer la saisie de données et maintenir les dossiers des clients à jour.
Aider à la préparation des factures, au traitement des paiements et à certaines tâches de comptabilité de base à l'aide de QuickBooks.
Planifier les rendez-vous et soutenir les opérations quotidiennes du bureau.
Traiter les documents administratifs et assurer le classement des dossiers.
Communiquer efficacement avec les clients, les techniciens et les autres membres de l'équipe.
Fournir un soutien administratif général au besoin.

Qualifications

Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en service à la clientèle.
Bon sens de l'organisation et excellente gestion des priorités.
Bonne connaissance de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel et Outlook).
Excellente précision dans la saisie de données.
Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches dans un environnement dynamique.
Une expérience en service à la clientèle ou en administration de bureau constitue un atout.
Une expérience avec QuickBooks constitue un atout.

We are a busy seasonal pool company looking for a reliable, organized, and friendly Customer Service Officer to join our team. This is a full-time seasonal position (40 hours per week) that plays an important role in providing excellent customer service and supporting the daily operations of our office during our busiest season.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service
Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records
Assist with invoicing, payments, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks
Schedule appointments and support daily office operations
Process paperwork and organize office files
Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and team members
Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications

Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Accurate typing and data entry skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Previous customer service or office administration experience is an asset
Experience using QuickBooks is considered an asset
