Compensation: $23.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience

We are seeking an experienced, organized, and friendly receptionist to join our growing team. This position supports multiple clinic locations in Victoria, Duncan, and Sooke, so flexibility to work at different offices is essential.

Job Objectives

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will create a welcoming and professional experience while ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the front office. You will work closely with our clinical team to support excellent patient care, maintain accurate records, and coordinate appointments across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service.
Schedule and confirm appointments while managing provider schedules efficiently.
Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries professionally.
Process patient registrations and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate referrals and communicate with general dental offices.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with privacy regulations.
Support the clinical team with administrative tasks as needed.
Help ensure smooth daily operations at each clinic location.

Expectations

Previous dental office experience is required.
Orthodontic experience is considered a strong asset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, positive, and patient-focused attitude.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Flexibility to work at our Victoria, Duncan, and Sooke locations.
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of dental office experience (required).
Strong computer and administrative skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are considered an asset due to travel between locations.
