Applicants must be Registered Massage Therapists in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of British Columbia (CCHPBC), or awaiting licensure.

Practice Massage Therapy in a Clinic Built by RMTs

Equilibrium Therapeutics was founded by Registered Massage Therapists, and for over 20 years massage therapy has remained central to who we are.

We are a well-established multidisciplinary clinic serving the Greater Victoria community, recognized for consistent, collaborative, high-standard care. Massage therapy is a core pillar here — not an add-on.

At Equilibrium, RMTs build full, steady practices within a clinic that values consistent, high-quality care delivered with integrity and professionalism.

Because we are established and trusted in the community, new RMTs quickly build full, steady caseloads supported by strong internal referrals and patient demand.

The Role

This is a patient-centred, relationship-driven clinical role. You will:

Provide high-quality, assessment-based massage therapy
Use clinical reasoning to support recovery, function, and long-term wellness
Communicate clearly about treatment goals and progress
Collaborate with physiotherapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and counsellors
Build long-term therapeutic relationships
Practice in a professional environment that values documentation, boundaries, and continuity of care

Some patients arrive in pain. Others seek maintenance or performance support. All require presence, skill, and professional judgment.
