Responsibilities

- Align, cut, and prepare pipe
- Load and unload materials
- Maintain safe and organized work areas
Qualifications
- 3–5 years experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
- Strong teamwork and communication
Requirements: CSA boots, high‑vis, hard hat, strong spoken/written English
Civil Foreman
Responsibilities
- Lead and support crews
- Assist Superintendent with planning and coordination
- Delegate tasks and complete daily logs
- Oversee site safety
- Assist with layout and concrete work
Qualifications
- 5+ years commercial construction experience
- Strong leadership and communication
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Experience with $1–10M projects
Requirements: CSA boots, high‑vis, hard hat, strong spoken/written English
Equipment Operator
Responsibilities
- Operate excavation, loaders, skid steers, and compactors
- Perform daily inspections
- Assist with labour tasks as needed
- Follow OH&S requirements
Qualifications
- Experience with wheeled and tracked machines
- Experience loading trucks safely and efficiently
- Ability to complete minor equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Experience digging around utilities (hydro, gas, water, telecom)
- Strong understanding of excavation procedures

Gravel Truck Driver
Responsibilities
- Operate tandem or truck‑and‑trailer gravel units
- Haul and deliver aggregates and construction materials
- Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
- Assist with loading and unloading
- Maintain clean and compliant equipment
- Follow all site safety procedures and traffic regulations
Qualifications
- 2–3 years gravel truck experience
- Valid Class 1 license with clean abstract
- Knowledge of load securement and safe hauling practices
- Civil construction experience an asset
Requirements: CSA boots, high‑vis, hard hat, strong spoken/written English
Mechanic (Heavy Equipment & Fleet)
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair heavy equipment
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
- Complete service records
- Perform field repairs
- Maintain shop and service trucks
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience
- Red Seal an asset
- Strong hydraulic, diesel, and electrical knowledge
- Valid driver’s license
Requirements: CSA boots, high‑vis, hard hat, strong spoken/written English
General Labourer
Responsibilities
- Site cleanup and material handling
- Operate small tools and equipment
- Assist trades and equipment operators
- Maintain safe work areas
Requirements: Physically fit, reliable, able to work in all weather, valid driver’s license, CSA boots/high‑vis/hard hat, strong spoken/written English
Flaggers/Traffic Control
Responsibilities
- Traffic Control: Directing vehicles and pedestrians using stop/slow paddles, hand signals, flags, or illuminated wands to maintain safe and orderly traffic flow around work zones
- Setup and Maintenance of Traffic Devices: Installing and maintaining cones, barricades, warning signs, and detour markers to create a safe work environment
- Communication: Coordinating with construction crews, supervisors, and other flaggers using two-way radios or hand signals to manage lane closures, equipment movement, and traffic patterns
- Safety Monitoring: Observing driver behavior, traffic volume, and potential hazards, and responding quickly to emergencies, accidents, or unexpected events
- Compliance: Ensuring all traffic control measures meet all local regulations
- Documentation: Recording incidents such as disobedient drivers or traffic violations when necessary
Requirements
- Certification: Valid flagger certification or completion of recognized training programs
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and work in all weather conditions
- Communication and Observation: Excellent verbal communication, hand-eye coordination, and keen observation skills to anticipate traffic changes and hazards
- Experience: Prior experience in construction, traffic control, or related fields is advantageous
