Full job description

Overview of Role and Responsibilities

Advantage Tree Care is seeking an experienced Arborist to join our crew. The position is a lead climber role and you would be responsible for leading a crew of 2-3 people. We service all over Greater Victoria and sometimes the Gulf Islands.

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of experience as an arborist
Experience as a crew lead, is preferable but not essential
Licence to drive airbrakes, is preferable but not essential (open to paying for training)

Personal Skills

Positive, optimistic attitude is essential to the role and culture of the business
Comfortable communicating with general public and cooperating with clients and client needs
Active listening and communication skills
Will consider sponsorship of overseas applicants

Salary & Benefits

Starting at $35+ per hour based on experience. After 3 month probation period, you will have a pay and performance review
