Rebar Clean is a fast-growing exterior cleaning company serving homeowners, businesses, Airbnbs, storefronts, and new developments across the Niagara Region. We specialize in pressure washing, soft washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and exterior maintenance.

## Role Overview

We are hiring Marketing & Lead Generation Representatives to help expand our presence across Niagara.

This is a field-based role focused on generating new business opportunities through direct outreach and creative marketing strategies. The primary method is door-to-door outreach, but we also encourage other lead generation methods such as networking, referrals, and digital/social outreach.

You will be the first point of contact between Rebar Clean and potential customers.

## Responsibilities

- Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned neighbourhoods

- Engage professionally with homeowners and business owners

- Promote Rebar Clean services in local communities

- Generate and qualify residential and commercial leads

- Distribute marketing materials in targeted areas

- Represent the Rebar Clean brand positively and professionally

- Track and report lead generation activity

- Support local marketing and community outreach efforts

## Compensation

- $19/hour during production (cleaning/service) hours

- Commission per qualified lead that results in a booked job

- Performance-based earning potential (no income cap)
