L’hôtel propose 42 chambres, 2 restaurants, le Holtz Spa en Nature ainsi que plusieurs salles de conférences.

DESCRIPTION DE TÂCHES

· Supervise le travail effectué par les réceptionnistes par rapport à l’accueil réservé aux clients, aux réservations faites et assure une mise à jour constante du système des horaires.

· En consultation avec le gestionnaire, établit les horaires pour les réceptionnistes.

· Prend en charge les commentaires et suggestions des clients pour discussion avec le gestionnaire

· Répond aux questions, plaintes des clients insatisfaits qui sont acheminé des réceptionnistes qui sont hors de leurs portées. Confirme la résolution en consultation avec le gestionnaire.

· Porte une attention accrue au service à la clientèle.

APTITUDES REQUISES

Expérience de supervision d'employé 1 an réception
Personnalité responsable, ponctuelle, joviale, souriante, accueillante et faisant preuve d'initiative
Aime surpasser les attentes et les besoins des clients
Expérience ou formation en hôtellerie (réception et/ou conciergerie, ventes)
Connaissance du système Maestro un atout
Bilinguisme français et anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
Flexibilité pour horaires variables (jour, soir, fin de semaine)

The Wakefield Mill Hotel and Spa is looking for a bilingual, enthusiastic, and cheerful supervisor of receptionists who is committed to customer service and teamwork. If you have these qualities, we would like to meet you.

We offer you the opportunity to join a cheerful and motivated team in a superb work environment just 10 minutes from the city of Gatineau and 20 minutes from Ottawa via Highway 5. The hotel has 42 rooms, 2 restaurants, the Holtz Spa en Nature, and several conference rooms.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Supervise the work of receptionists, 1 year experience

Monitors work of receptionists in:

Keep records of available rooms, reservations, and rented rooms
Register guests in the arrival log and assign them rooms
Respond to inquiries about hotel services and room availability in person, by letter, or by phone
Provide information on community services and respond to guest complaints
Compile and verify daily records, guest accounts, cash reports, and supporting documents using manual or computerized systems
Present bills to guests checking out of the hotel and collect payments

REQUIRED SKILLS

Experience in supervising work of receptionists (1 year)

Responsible, punctual, cheerful, friendly, welcoming, and proactive personality.
Enjoys exceeding customer expectations and needs.
Experience or training in hospitality (reception and/or concierge services, sales).
Knowledge of the Maestro system is an asset
Bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written
Flexibility for variable schedules (day, evening, weekends)
