Service Advisor

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Do you enjoy building relationships and helping people? Walkerton Toyota is looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team.

What You'll Do

As the first point of contact in our service department, you'll play a key role in creating an outstanding customer experience by:

Greeting customers and listening to their vehicle concerns.
Scheduling service appointments and preparing repair orders.
Explaining recommended maintenance and repair work clearly and confidently.
Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process.
Working closely with technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time.
Processing completed repair orders and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Promoting Toyota maintenance programs, accessories, and value-added services when appropriate.

What We're Looking For

Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude and professional appearance.
Computer proficiency (experience with dealership software is an asset).
Automotive knowledge or previous dealership/service advisor experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right person.
Valid Ontario driver's licence.
