Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality skills, excellent time management, and a passion for the food industry. Previous restaurant experience and familiarity with POS systems are highly valued. This position offers an opportunity to work in a lively environment where teamwork and professionalism are essential.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, bar stations, and dining spaces
Assist in setting up and breaking down service stations before and after shifts
Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management skills
Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience through friendly communication
Follow all food safety regulations and hospitality standards

Experience

Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations
Excellent time management skills to balance multiple tables and tasks efficiently
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Experience in the food industry is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for new team members
