Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Nail Technician and bring beauty, confidence, and relaxation to our valued clients! In this vibrant role, you will deliver expert nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and advanced nail art, while creating a welcoming and luxurious experience. Your enthusiasm for beauty and exceptional customer service will help clients feel pampered and leave feeling their best. Duties

Perform professional nail care services such as gel nails, and nail art with precision and creativity
Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or retail products
Upsell additional services or retail items to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to client needs, addressing concerns, and creating a positive salon atmosphere
Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies for efficient service delivery

Skills

Proven expertise in nail care techniques including gel applications and nail art
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
Knowledge of sanitation procedures to uphold health standards within the salon environment
Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining a genuine focus on client needs
Experience with body waxing is a plus but not required; training can be provided for interested candidates
Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
Retail sales experience to promote products that complement nail services effectively
