Your vibe and experience

At least 2 years of proven management experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work well with diverse teams
Ability to train, coach, and motivate staff
Strong customer service focus and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
