Mobile Repair Technician & Sales Associate
Location: Durham Region (Whitby, Oshawa, Ajax, Pickering)
Compensation: $19.00/hour + bonuses & commissions
Estimated Annual Earnings: $50,000–$60,000
Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable, motivated Mobile Repair Technician & Sales Associate to join our growing team in the Durham Region. This role is ideal for candidates currently living in, or willing to relocate to, Whitby, Oshawa, Ajax, or Pickering.
We operate 7 days a week, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, and are looking for individuals with open availability and no scheduling restrictions.
This position also qualifies for NOC 22311 (TEER 2, Skill Level B) and may be suitable for candidates applying for Permanent Residency (PR) under eligible programs.
Please note: We are currently not hiring candidates located outside of Canada.
What We Offer
- Competitive base pay: $19.00/hour
- Monthly performance bonuses and commissions (typically $300–$500/month)
- Commission on phone sales and mobile plans (Koodo & TELUS)
- Full-time hours: 35–44 hours per week
- (NOC 22311) Skill Level B)(TEER Category 2) for qualified long-term candidates

What We’re Looking For
We are looking for committed, long-term candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service and mobile phone repair.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven experience repairing iPhones, Samsung devices, and iPads
- Previous experience in mobile phone and accessory sales
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Currently located in, or willing to relocate to, Whitby, Oshawa, Ajax, or Pickering
- Flexible availability, including weekends
- Ability to provide professional references from past employers
Nice to Have
- Experience repairing other electronics (computers, tablets, gaming consoles)
- Soldering experience
- Strong interest in technology and continuous learning
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent in-store customer service using our POS system
- Accurately diagnose and repair mobile devices to company standards
- Clearly explain repair options, pricing, and timelines to customers
- Keep customers informed of repair status via phone or digital messaging
- Sell certified devices, accessories, and mobile plans (Koodo/TELUS)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment
- Actively engage customers to meet or exceed sales and service targets
