Clinic Manager – Full-Time

Surrey, BC

We're seeking an experienced dental professional who enjoys bringing people together, improving day-to-day operations, and helping a team perform at its best. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in creating an outstanding experience for both patients and team members.

This is a full-time leadership position, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a well-established and patient-focused practice.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

Lead the daily operations of a busy dental practice while maintaining an efficient and positive work environment.
Coach, mentor, and support team members, including hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development.
Coordinate staffing schedules, oversee administrative workflows, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Manage office budgets, payroll-related processes, and other operational responsibilities.
Oversee dental billing, insurance claims, and financial administration with a strong focus on accuracy.
Support patient care by ensuring exceptional service from the first phone call through every visit.
Maintain organized scheduling systems that maximize provider efficiency while enhancing the patient experience.
Contribute to practice growth through community engagement and marketing initiatives.
Champion a collaborative, respectful, and accountable team culture.

We're looking for someone who has:

A minimum of five years of experience working in a dental practice.
At least three years of experience leading or supervising a team.
A solid understanding of dental insurance, billing processes, and practice administration.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
Confidence using practice management software and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with patients and colleagues alike.
A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and team development.
