In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential business opportunities through targeted outreach and strategic engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen understanding of B2B sales, and experience in marketing and technology sales. Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound telemarketing campaigns to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
- Qualify inbound inquiries and identify potential sales opportunities aligned with company goals.
- Engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and social media platforms to introduce products and services.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Pipe drive , Wizzer , cloud talk , zoom info , to track leads, manage follow-ups, and update client information accurately.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that attract high-quality prospects.
- Support business development initiatives by researching market trends and identifying emerging opportunities.
- Assist in nurturing leads through effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building strategies.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Additionally maintain social media sites...Linkedin , facebook , website , etc.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technical sales roles.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and telemarketing techniques.
- Computer skills, excel , word , microsoft , etc.
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Pipe drive or similar tools.
- Knowledge of technology sales or business development processes preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
