Sub-Contractor/Owner Operator - M.P. Group of Companies Inc. (Winnipeg)

Are you an independent and reliable individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for efficient deliveries? M.P. Group of Companies Inc. is seeking dedicated Sub-Contractors to join our growing team in Winnipeg. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals looking for a flexible, pay-per-package compensation model.

Position Type: Sub-Contractor

Location: Winnipeg

Compensation: 80-85% of the invoice (Gas and vehicles will be yours). Around $1.80 per package.

80-85% of invoice with $40-$45 per day for vehicle charges if company vehicle is used.

Package Count- 170 to 250 per day.

Responsibilities:

As a Sub-Contractor/ Owner-Operator, you will be responsible for:

Timely and Accurate Deliveries
Route Optimization
Package Handling
Customer Service
Documentation
Vehicle Maintenance
Compliance
Communication

Qualifications:

Valid Class 5 (or equivalent) driver's license with a clean driving record.
Clean Criminal background and driver abstract. (required before joining)
Ability to lift and carry packages of various weights and sizes.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong geographical knowledge of surrounding areas.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior delivery experience is an asset
Must be legally authorized to work as an independent contractor in Canada.
