Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Pizza Maker/Cashier to join our team. This role combines the art of crafting delicious pizzas with providing excellent customer service at the front counter. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation, food safety, and creating a welcoming environment for our guests. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in the food industry while contributing to a positive dining experience.

Duties

Prepare and cook pizzas according to recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistent taste and presentation
Handle food safely and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area, following all food safety protocols
Serve customers at the counter or drive-thru, taking orders accurately and efficiently
Process payments using POS systems, giving correct change and receipts
Assist with meal preparation, including assembling ingredients and maintaining stock levels
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in both the kitchen and customer service areas
Provide friendly, attentive service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Follow all health regulations related to food handling and sanitation

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards is a plus
Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to handle food safely and maintain cleanliness in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
