If you are a personal trainer struggling to make ends meet and worried about your future, then I have an exciting opportunity for you!

Hi, my name is Blaine Podaima, and I am the owner of Podaima Performance. It is a private personal training gym that focuses on training professionals over 40. We train some of Winnipeg's most well-known and accomplished individuals. We have opened our second location and are seeking exceptional trainers to serve our clients.

Personal training and the fitness industry can be tough to make a good living at. I know this as I have been doing it for over 25 years.

It's a fact that most people in this industry struggle, living paycheque to paycheque. Been there, done that. Yes, it's stressful, I get it.

The big corporations don't pay much, and there isn't much room for advancement. On top of that, they expect you to be a salesperson/trainer.

If you really were a salesperson, you would be selling your own services, right? That would make more sense.

On top of that, if your client doesn't show up, then you don't get paid (which happens all the time)

As our business grows with the opening of our second location, we are looking for 2-3 solid trainers who know how to train people, are good with people, and are hard-working, reliable, and trustworthy.

I am ready to hire full-time/part-time positions with great opportunities for growth and advancement as the business grows.

You are not expected to make any sales(but get a huge commission if you do, and is a great side hustle if you want) and get paid whether or not the clients show up. Yes your paycheque is guaranteed from week to week without any surprises. No headaches, no stress.

From a training perspective, it is as good as it gets, as you are working with the same clients all the time, considering who our clients are. Also, it's a laid-back and casual environment.

I am looking for trainers with at least 2 years of experience, a current certification, and ready to start in the next 2-4 weeks. I will not accept applications from trainers who have their own training businesses, either in-person or online, as this constitutes a direct conflict of interest.
