Full job description

The Role

LabelX manufactures durable labels and decals for OEMs across North America, with a large share of our business shipping into the U.S.

This is not an entry-level seat. You will be the day-to-day contact on programs worth over a million dollars a year, with hundreds of active part numbers between them. Our sales team owns the relationship; you own the execution — orders, artwork, new parts, and every commitment we make on timing.

What you'll own

Day-to-day contact for order processing, artwork, and new parts on major OEM programs, alongside the salesperson who owns the account
Daily phone and email contact with U.S. and Canadian customers
Overcommunicate — customers hear the status from us before they think to ask, and are never surprised by a date
Verify production capacity before committing a dock date, every time
Process orders with zero-defect accuracy across large part-number lists; prepare quotes, invoices, and PPAP documentation
Coordinate shipping and customs paperwork, and keep CRM records current
Manage the artwork — not create it: track proofs, revisions, and approvals with our design team, and know what is waiting on whom
Spot the revenue we are leaving on the table — rush production, expedited freight, larger runs, added items — and make the ask professionally
When a customer’s line has stopped because they ran out of labels: stay calm, make the right call fast, pull in production, shipping, or management, and drive it until they have what they need
Jump in on pick, pack, and ship when a rush order has to go out

What we're looking for

Proven experience on large or complex accounts, ideally in manufacturing or industrial supply
Exceptional attention to detail — one wrong digit becomes a customer’s scrapped batch
Excellent written and spoken English, with clear, confident articulation on the phone; much of this role is spoken, not typed
Calm and decisive under pressure
Commercially aware, and comfortable raising an upsell or a legitimate charge
Highly organized, self-directed, and willing to put in the hard yards when a customer deadline depends on it
Proficient with email, Excel, and ERP/CRM systems; Salesforce an asset
Comfortable in a manufacturing environment and on the plant floor
