Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Residential HVAC Sales Representative on a commission-based structure, where your enthusiasm and sales expertise will drive growth and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will actively engage with homeowners to promote and sell HVAC solutions that improve comfort, efficiency, and air quality. Your proactive approach and technical knowledge will help build lasting relationships, expand our customer base, and contribute to the success of our business. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated sales professionals eager to thrive in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts within residential markets
Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate HVAC products and services tailored to each customer
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, follow-up, and service to foster long-term relationships
Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads in local communities
Utilize technology sales techniques to explain product features and benefits clearly to homeowners
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using Salesforce or similar CRM tools

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the HVAC or related industries
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and professionally
Business development expertise with a focus on expanding customer base and market reach
Excellent account management skills to nurture long-term client relationships
Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies for residential markets
Familiarity with technology tools such as Salesforce for tracking leads and sales progress
Analysis skills to assess customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape effectively
Customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor
Bilingual abilities in Spanish are highly preferred to serve diverse communities effectively
