Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeper/Server Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations and hospitality services within our facility. This role involves supervising cleaning staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service in a hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cleaning, hotel experience, and custodial work, with a focus on maintaining a welcoming and sanitary environment for guests and staff alike.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping and server activities to ensure efficient operations
Oversee cleaning tasks, including industrial cleaning and custodial duties, maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
Assist with guest service responsibilities, ensuring a positive experience for visitors and clients
Train new staff members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and lodge amenities
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas needing attention or improvement
Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with health regulations
Address guest or staff concerns promptly to maintain a professional and hospitable environment

Qualifications

Previous Remote Lodge experience required.
Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping roles
Strong knowledge of hospitality industry standards and industrial cleaning practices
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate staff
Good communication skills to coordinate team activities effectively
Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Prior supervisory experience in a hospitality or custodial setting is preferred
Familiarity with safety procedures related to industrial cleaning environments is a plus
