Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounts receivable, and assisting with various accounting tasks. This position requires strong mathematical skills and familiarity with accounting software to ensure efficient financial operations within our organization.

Responsibilities

Process and manage accounts receivable transactions, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
Perform account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as Xero, UltiPro, Ceridian, ADP, or Kronos.
Assist in preparing financial reports and statements as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial data and support overall business operations.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies during all accounting processes.

Skills

Proficiency in accounting software (Xero, UltiPro, Ceridian, ADP, Kronos) is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of financial services and accounting principles.
Excellent math skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and analysis.
Ability to analyze accounts and resolve discrepancies effectively.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good communication skills for collaboration with team members and other departments.
