We're hiring Business Development Representative's and B2B Sales Representative to join our booming team.

YOUR ROLE

As a Business Development Representative or B2B Sales Representative, you will engage with prospects nationwide by phone and video, learning and showcasing GroupHEALTH's employee benefits solutions. You will be supported by proven tools and expert guidance on a team that added nearly 2,000 clients during the pandemic.

THE PATH

Business Development Representative (BDR)

Entry point into a sales career with a strong focus on out bound prospecting
Focus: learning the company, market, and products
Supports prospecting and lead generation
Works closely with the BDR team to build sales fundamentals

B2B Sales Representative

Reached after hitting key BDR milestones
LLQP license has been obtained *Required
Focus: closing new business at or above quota
Works qualified leads from the New Business Development (NBD) team
Owns the full sales cycle, from educating prospects to handing off closed deals to Client Services

THIS IS YOU

A driven self-starter with a strong desire to succeed
1-2 years of B2B sales experience (insurance or group benefits experience is a plus)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation
Familiarity with CRM systems is an asset
